BRILLUX INNOVATIVE APPROACH TO RECRUIT TRAINEES

Interactive recruiting for Gen Z: With the game app "Buntes Battle" and matching Instagram AR filters, we inspired the next generation for the creative craft with Brillux - in the classroom and on social media.

We refreshed the Brillux initiative "Deine Zukunft ist bunt" with an interactive digital campaign.

We transformed the existing and physical DZIB roadshow for the digital space and adapted it to the viewing habits of a younger demographic: "Buntes Battle" employs interactive components to educate young talent about the world of colorful crafts. By engaging in six distinct minigames, they gained

knowledge about painting, plastering tools, and procedures. Following its success, we issued a big update to the app in 2021: "Bunte Baustelle" is an addictive near-endless runner, allowing users to race through all professional stages of a painters or plasterers career.

In order to attract more interested users to the app, we also developed two augmented reality games for Instagram.
